So I was insanely bad this week. I actually put a little weight on... but it was my Graduation and my Mum bought me the best Graduation Cake ever so it's allowed... right?
So just because I feel like it I thought I'd tell you all about my graduation. It was on Thursday and it was a pretty awesome day.
I can officially say I have graduated from University twice now, once with a Bsc Psychology degree and more recently with my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Post-Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) with Addictional Adult Literacy Specialism. Now that's a mouthful right?
That basically means I am a qualified teacher to teach in College's and I am qualified to teach my subject Psychology as well as English Literacy in Colleges and Adult Education Centres.
Now I am so incredibly glad that I was able to actually wear make-up for graduation as I have been suffering with allergies really bad this year. I don't usually suffer from them but my eyes not only puffed up but the skin under my eye also went really dry and flaky but thanks to the amazing 'Simple Eye Cream' it cleared it up in a few days. I now live by this damn product!
Any eye skin problems. I would so suggest this it is amazing!
Now on to my graduation pictures
This is me with my BFF Nic from Nic's Nominations
Me... seeming to be shaking hands with the invisible man.
Me with another of my closest friends Jackie
Me and a friend Kirsten
And now... the dreaded cake...
I mean how can you resist that gorgeous cake.
Now I genuinely had the best day and drank far too much and ate far too much cake but it was awesome. And I am so excited that I have my dream job, Lecturer of Psychology at a local college lined up for September. I am so happy to just relax for the next month before starting work in September.
Upcoming Goals:
So now graduation is over I am going back into my health kick and trying to lose some weight and tone up.
Yesterday I found this awesome website www.30dayfitnesschallenges.com and have decided that I am going to start on tomorrow.
Since my major worry with my weight is my thighs I am starting the....
I decided to do this because one of my personal issues is if I'm wearing skirts or dresses with no tights or anything I get sores on my inside thighs and it's because of my legs rubbing together. I know this is because of my weight so this is my first challenge and hopefully it will help to stop that.
I was actually going to start the 30 Day Squat Challenge but my best friend who is very big on going to the gym and sport and exercise advised me to do the Easy on first to ease me in. Before I start I'm going to take measurements of my waist, hips and thighs and will retake them after 10 days, 20 days and at the end to see what change there is.
Wish me luck.
